Global Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist

Are you an experienced recruiter seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering Recruiter to join our team.
">- We are looking for a motivated and skilled recruiter with a background in civil engineering to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering domain.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system to enhance efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/jobs, skills, and terminologies.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
