Restaurant Manager (Hotel Management Graduate Preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager with a hotel management background to lead our operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and train staff in hospitality, service, and hygiene protocols.
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
  • Handle cash flow, billing, and POS systems accurately.
  • Implement food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and efficient operations.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team for seamless front & back house operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant/hotel management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for food and service excellence.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, inventory, and staff scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
