Context: Antano & Harini, we are crafting a manifesto for transformation. We are looking for a Book Editor who can do more than refine language. This role demands someone who can capture the soul of our vision, articulate complex ideas with clarity, and curate content that resonates with our culture of excellence, innovation, and impact. Every page should inspire readers to believe in possibilities beyond conventional timelines and ignite a desire for transformation. The editor must deeply align with Antano & Harini's mission, vision, and culture, and have a clear understanding of our core offerings to ensure that every edit reflects the ideology behind our work.

Objective: Edit and refine manuscripts to ensure clarity, coherence, and engagement while maintaining intellectual depth and accessibility for a global audience.

Style: Analytical yet inspirational, structured and precise, adaptive to diverse formats including books, articles, and legacy guides.

Tone: Empowering and visionary, authoritative yet approachable, future focused.

Audience: Global readers interested in personal development, leadership, and excellence, including entrepreneurs, CXOs, and innovators.

Result: Deliver high-quality, publish-ready manuscripts that resonate with Antano & Harini's mission and inspire transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit manuscripts for grammar, structure, and flow while preserving the author's voice.
  • Collaborate with authors and content strategists to align content with organizational vision.
  • Conduct fact-checking and research to ensure credibility.
  • Suggest improvements in narrative style and readability.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Aligning with the vision of the organization to ensure every edit reflects our core ideology with the audience.

Required Attributes & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8 yrs of experience in book editor role. (Work experience in publication preferable)
  • Exceptional command of English with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience in editing thought leadership or self-help content.
  • Research orientation to validate ideas and maintain credibility.
  • Creative adaptability for diverse genres and formats.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with authors and strategists.
  • Deadline discipline for high-quality output under time compression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
