**Job Title**: Copy Editor / Language Editor / Style Editor (STM / Books / Journals)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **style and language editing** for STM journals and books.
- Ensure adherence to specific **style guides** (APA, AMA, CMS, RSC, ACS, etc.).
- Edit for grammar, clarity, consistency, and formatting.
- Work on projects from leading publishers in the **e-publishing industry**.
- Handle **Level 1 & 2 (light and medium)** editing.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Masters degree or above (preferably in Life Sciences, or related fields).
- **Experience**:

- _Fresher:_ Up to 4 resumes; must be willing to work from office.
- _Experienced:_ Minimum **1-5 years** in STM copyediting or language editing.
- Prior experience with **e-publishing companies** (e.g., TNQ, APTARA, Straive, Lumina, KGL, Integra, etc.) preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent English grammar and language proficiency.
- Strong understanding of **Language** **editing** principles.
- Familiarity with **LaTeX**, **MS Word**, and digital editing platforms is a plus.
