Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on potential projects across platforms like
    Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr,
    and
    PeoplePerHour.

  • Write customized, high-quality proposals that address client requirements.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on submitted proposals.

  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate estimations and project planning.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Track and report bidding success rate and conversion ratios.

  • Research and analyse market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Maintain client data and communication history using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have excellent command over English.
  • Candidate must be a graduate in any stream.
