Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning across functions.
  • Design and execute engagement and culture-building initiatives that strengthen organizational values.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops and Payroll to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and policy adherence.
Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM in HR with 610 years of HRBP experience in fast-paced or operational environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with business teams and influence decision-making through data insights.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including performance management, L&D, and talent engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and managing organizational change.
