Assistant Manager - HRBP | Human Resources | 4-8 Years of Experience - Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Business HR professional with 4-8 years of experience to join a thriving HR function. Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations and advise managers on employee concerns.
  • Execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Conduct open houses, ESS, and one-on-one sessions to gather feedback and enhance experience.
  • Drive performance management and retention strategies.
  • Ensure 100 PERCENT compliance with HR SLAs.
  • Communicate policy changes and HR practices effectively across the BU.
Requirements:
  • Full-time MBA in HR or related specialization.
  • 04 years of experience in an HR role with a strong learning mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident and persuasive personality with stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse teams and interact with senior leadership.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended shifts when required.
