Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager FMRTS (North Region)

Location: Bangalore – Head Office

Business Line: FMRTS (Facility Management, Real Estate & Technical Services)

Reports To: Head – HRBP, FMRTS

Region Covered: North India ( West & few part of North)

Role Purpose:

The HRBP Manager will act as a strategic partner to the FMRTS business leadership for the North Region, driving the people agenda aligned with business goals. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring effective talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR operations. The incumbent will be based at the Bangalore Head Office, with periodic travel to northern locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnership

  • Partner with North Region FMRTS business leaders to understand key business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Provide HR insights to support strategic decisions, organizational design, and resource planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Drive talent identification, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Work with the central L&D team to implement training programs for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure performance management processes are effectively executed and followed through.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture across FMRTS locations in the North region.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans.
  • Manage grievance handling and promote positive employee relations.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operational excellence — including onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance across sites in collaboration with the compliance team.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to company HR policies and practices.

5. Data & Analytics

  • Leverage HR metrics to provide business insights on attrition, manpower costs, and engagement.
  • Present regular dashboards and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; Kannada/Tamil is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling HR data and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required to the North region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in Facility Management, Real Estate, or similar sectors.
  • Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams or regions.
