About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CDP (Continental) with expertise in Pizza and Pasta preparation to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining restaurants and a strong understanding of Continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pizza and Pasta dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning, development, and introducing new dishes.
• Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are strictly followed.
• Manage inventory, ingredients, and kitchen resources efficiently.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP in Continental cuisine, preferably in fine dining restaurants.
• Excellent skills in Pizza and Pasta preparation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Creative, disciplined, and passionate about culinary excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
