Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, attending industry events, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and analytics tools
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
