- Campaign Strategy & Execution

Test and scale campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Conversion Optimization
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure lead-to-customer conversion improvement.
Optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels for higher CVR.
- Budget Planning & Management
Plan, allocate, and monitor digital ad budgets to ensure optimal utilization.
Deliver monthly performance reports with ROI analysis.
- Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Generate actionable insights to guide strategy adjustments.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation
Identify and build high-performing audience cohorts.
Develop remarketing and lookalike strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Creative & Messaging Coordination
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
A/B test messaging for maximum impact.
- Competitor & Market Analysis
Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Suggest new channels or formats for scaling lead generation.
- Automation & Martech Utilization
Implement marketing automation and CRM integration for lead nurturing.
Leverage tools for performance tracking, retargeting, and campaign efficiency.
- Compliance & Data Hygiene
Ensure data accuracy, tracking integrity, and compliance with platform
