Strategic

  • Plan and ensure the timely delivery of Error free, well-Coordinated drawing/s from all the architectural, Structural and Services/MEP drawings, Landscape team & liaison team, to the project team.

Operational

  • Studying and understanding architectural drawings, details and design
  • Studying and understanding structural framing, details and design
  • Studying and understanding MEP/ Services details and design
  • Coordinating all the architectural, Structural and Services/MEP drawings to find out the clashes, design discrepancies
  • Overlapping, studying and surfacing the issues regarding coordination of different consultants drawings/designs
  • Coordination with all the consultants, Liaison team, HO Team and Project Site team for drawings
  • Finding out right solution/s for drawing discrepancies
  • Getting GFC released from all the consultants as per schedule & as per site team requirement
  • Ensuring that all the inputs/ suggestion/ solutions from all the stakeholders, consultants are being considered in drawing
  • Timely updation and tracking of records of changes, RFIs and release of drawings
  • Keeping check on site execution in conformity with the issued final GFC drawings

Education & Experience Requirement:

  • BE Civil/ ME Civil/ B Tech/ M Tech/ Dip Civil
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant experience
  • Should have experience in residential project execution and design coordination.
