Role Overview:

We're seeking a Meta & Google Ads Manager with 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, launching, and scaling paid social and paid search campaigns. You'll own campaign performance, from audience/keyword strategy to tracking, reporting, and optimization, collaborating with design/content to hit ROAS/CPA goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meta Ads
  2. Build campaigns across objectives; map events
  3. Structure ad sets for clean testing and scale
  4. Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and audiences
  5. Refresh creatives; test hooks, formats, and CTAs
  6. Google Ads
  7. Perform keyword research; group into tight themes
  8. Set up Search/Performance Max/Display as needed
  9. Write high-CTR ad copy; align with landing pages
  10. Optimize quality score, bids, negatives, extensions
  11. Analytics & Reporting
  12. Maintain GA4/GTM hygiene; verify event firing
  13. Track ROAS/CPA/CVR; manage pacing and caps
  14. Run A/B tests; document learnings and next steps
  15. Build weekly/monthly dashboards in Sheets/Looker Studio
  16. Collaboration & Process
  17. Brief designers/copy with clear test hypotheses
  18. Align with sales/ops on lead quality and follow-ups
  19. Maintain checklists, SOPs, and change logs
  20. Present insights; propose scale/stop/reallocate actions

Must-Have Qualifications:

1 year hands-on Meta Ads + Google Ads management

Proven budget handling with ROAS/CPA accountability

GA4 basics; UTM discipline; GTM familiarity

Strong A/B testing mindset; experiment roadmaps

Comfort with Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups, charts)

Clear written & verbal communication

Ability to work WFO, 6-day week, and meet targets

Detail orientation; process-first execution

Added Advantage:

Amazon/Flipkart/marketplace listing & PPC experience

Product feed optimization and catalog management

Basic brand store setup and content hygiene

Landing page CRO fundamentals; form analytics

Meta/Google certifications
