Skills Required:

Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush; knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO strategies; experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization; and strong analytical and communication skills.



Role Description:

We are looking for a results-driven senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, reduce acquisition costs, and drive business growth. ( No Freser)



Our Responsibilities Will Include:

- Developing and executing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Managing paid search, display, social media, and remarketing campaigns to achieve performance metrics and business goals.

- Demonstrating strong expertise in Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube Ads of all kinds.

- Managing Meta Lead Generation campaigns, Meta Branding Ads, and Meta Engagement Ads effectively to maximize results.

- Conducting detailed audience segmentation and optimizing targeting strategies for better campaign performance.

- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.

- Implementing A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Collaborating with content, creative, and design teams to develop compelling ad assets and ensure campaign alignment.

- Monitoring ad spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while optimizing ROI.

- Staying updated on industry trends and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others to measure campaign success.

- Identifying growth opportunities and developing innovative performance marketing strategies.

- Assisting in the development and execution of SEO strategies in coordination with the senior SEO team.
