Customer Support Executive (Contractual )

Location: Kolkata

Pay: ₹17,000 – ₹17,400/month (In-hand)

Contract Duration: 4 Months.

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Sainsbury International Process on a contractual basis. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in an international voice and chat support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.

Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).

Experience: Freshers are eligible (Contractual role).

Skills Required:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Good grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.

Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Shifts: Evening & Night (Rotational).

Working Days: 5–6 days per week.

Cab Facility: Provided (Pickup & Drop for night shifts).

Additional Benefits:

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month.

Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month.

Compensation

CTC: ₹2 LPA

In-hand Salary: ₹17,400/month.

Interview Process

  1. HR Screening – Voice, Grammar & Accent Check

  2. Functional Round – Mock Call/Chat Handling

  3. AMCAT Test – Minimum qualifying score: 58

  4. Final Operations Round
