About The Role

Were hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for our clients at Zysk Tech

If youre data-driven, results-focused, and passionate about turning ad spend into measurable business growth we want to talk to you

- What you will do

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

Optimize for lead generation using data-backed strategies

Monitor and manage budgets, scaling campaigns based on performance

Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
- Setting up accurate tracking and tags using Google Tag Manager
- Create biweekly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and senior managers for campaign success

Tweak strategies based on performance insights to improve efficiency and CPL
- What youll need

2""5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta)

Proven ability to manage end-to-end ad campaigns and scale them

Strong analytical mindset you love data and use it to guide decisions

Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and optionally SEMrush

Experience across B2B and B2C, with an edge if youve worked with e-commerce brands

Independent, execution-focused, and committed to getting results
