Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
Selenium Automation Tester
with 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using
Selenium WebDriver
, experience in
Java/Python
, and a solid understanding of software QA methodologies and tools. This is a
Bangalore-based
position for candidates who are available to join
immediately
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using
    Selenium WebDriver
    .
  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service, or business processes.
  • Integrate test suites into the test management system and automate daily testing through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Generate test reports and maintain documentation of test results.
  • Participate in sprint planning and provide QA effort estimates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in
    automation testing
    with a focus on
    Selenium
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Java
    or
    Python
    for scripting automated tests.
  • Experience with
    TestNG
    ,
    JUnit
    , or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Maven
    ,
    Git
    , and
    Jenkins
    (or other CI/CD tools).
  • Knowledge of
    web technologies
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web debugging tools.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools like
    JIRA
    , and test management tools like
    TestRail
    ,
    qTest
    , etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
