Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer who is eager to learn and build innovative CRM solutions. The role involves customizing Salesforce applications, developing automation, and supporting business operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce applications using
    Apex
    ,
    Visualforce
    , and
    Lightning Components
  • Support in data management activities including data import, data cleansing, and validation
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Help automate business processes using
    Flows
    ,
    Process Builder
    , and
    Workflows
  • Participate in testing activities including unit testing and bug-fixing
  • Maintain proper documentation of functionalities and changes in the system
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features

Must-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce Platform
  • Understanding of CRM concepts
  • Familiarity with
    Apex
    ,
    SOQL
    ,
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    (added advantage)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Certification
    (Admin or Platform Developer I)
  • Internship or academic project experience related to Salesforce
  • Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or any OOP language
