About the Role

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-oriented Female Sales Executive for a premium designer store located in Civil Lines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a high-end fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting products.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, styling suggestions, and personalized assistance to customers.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the store, including product display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Handle billing, POS operations, and manage customer invoices.
  • Maintain customer records, follow up with clients, and build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and coordination with the store manager.
  • Ensure adherence to store policies, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only.
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail (experience in designer or luxury stores preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and knowledgeable about fashion trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
