Role Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Scientist
 with expertise in 
water treatment chemicals
 to join our dynamic production and R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling up formulations for water treatment products used in industrial, municipal, and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and optimize formulations for water treatment chemicals (corrosion inhibitors, biocides, coagulants, etc.).

·       Lead pilot and plant-scale manufacturing trials.

·       Analyze raw materials and finished products using standard chemical and analytical methods.

·       Collaborate with production teams to improve yield, quality, and cost efficiency.

·       Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and regulatory records.

·       Ensure compliance with REACH, EPA, ISO, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
, or related field.

· or more years' experience in 
chemical manufacturing or formulation
, preferably in 
water treatment
.

·       Strong knowledge of 
water chemistry
 and process scale-up.

·       Skilled in analytical testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

·       Excellent communication and documentation skills.
