Position Title: Water System & Central Utility Head

Experience: 5–8 years (Pharma Industry preferred)

Location: Karkapatla

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure uninterrupted operation of purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), and clean steam systems.
  • Monitor and maintain utilities such as chilled water, HVAC, air compressors, nitrogen plants, boilers, and vacuum systems.
  • Ensure systems comply with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all utility equipment.
  • Review and update SOPs, validation protocols, and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate with QA for utility validation, calibration, and qualification.
  • Optimize energy and water consumption through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise utility team and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with purified water systems and HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with BMS/EMS systems and cleanroom classifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
