Job Description:
Trident Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly bagasse disposable products, committed to sustainability and quality. We are looking for an experienced Executive Tele Sales Caller to join our growing sales team at our NSP office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Explain product features, pricing, and eco-friendly benefits clearly
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams for order execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales
- Prior experience in B2B sales, FMCG, packaging, disposables, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
