Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone-Based Sales:
  • Initiate and manage sales conversations exclusively over the phone.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Utilize effective communication techniques to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through regular phone interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • No Targets Approach:
  • Embrace a sales environment without the pressure of meeting strict targets.
  • Focus on delivering quality interactions and building genuine connections with customers.
  • Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics and delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance overall business strategy.

  • No Field Work:
