Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Placement Manager with a proven track record of successfully

managing campus placements, corporate relations, and career counseling. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for developing industry partnerships, strategizing placement activities, and

ensuring high employment rates for students. Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and

industry professionals to enhance placement opportunities.

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction events.
  • Collaborate with faculty and career counselors to understand student aspirations and

align them with industry requirements.

  • Ensure students are well-prepared for interviews through resume-building workshops,

mock interviews, and skill development programs.

  • Track and analyze placement trends to improve strategies for better employment

outcomes.

  • Coordinate with HR professionals to understand hiring trends and skills in demand.
  • Establish and maintain an alumni network to facilitate mentorship and referral

opportunities.

  • Ensure smooth communication between students, employers, and faculty members.
  • Prepare periodic reports on placement statistics, employer feedback, and student

performance.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to adapt the placement strategy accordingly.
