Madrid Software is Hiring Job Title: Placement ManagerLocation: Saket (onsite)Department: Training & Placement / Career ServicesKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners in the NCR region.Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.Prepare students with soft skills training, interview preparation, and resume-building workshops.Coordinate with academic departments to align student profiles with industry requirements.Track placement statistics, maintain databases, and generate reports for management.Handle pre-placement talks, scheduling, and follow-up communications with recruiters.Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry training programs for students.Ensure compliance with institutional and corporate recruitment policies. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, or related fields.6 months to 4 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment, preferably in education or training institutions.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or placement management systems.Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices in the NCR region.If Anyone is interested kindly share profiles on - or Call at
