Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • Minimum 3 years in placement of candidates from Skill projects preferably in CSR projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on Skill development/ livelihood/CSR projects.
  • Should have Postgraduate/Graduate from reputed institute.
  • Experience in Client handling, New placement client onboarding.
  • Should have proven experience in MOU/LOI Signing with perspective employers.
  • Database management of Skill Projects.
  • Excellent communication (speaking and writing) skills in English. Reading & speaking ability in Hindi
  • Target oriented Individual with proven track record of achieving placement targets.
  • Networking, partnership and collaboration skills with proven ability of having strategic partnership/s.
  • Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office especially excel, power-point.

Other Attributes (Desirable)

  • Leadership skills with ability to establish short- & long-term goals for placement vertical.
  • Ability to relocate and move outside in client locations and driving placement related activities.
  • Ability to build on best practices and innovative approach in work stream.
  • Functional/technical knowledge on CSR Projects.
  • Understanding of employer need and market demand.
  • Strong Linkage between Industry and Academia.
  • Understanding and getting the demand from Industry and fulfilling it with suitable talent.
  • Must have experience in Corporate Relationships.

Key Responsibility Areas: Placement Management & Coordination: -

  • Coordinating with Pan India centers, getting real time database of undertraining candidates, Looking for job and placement.
  • Overall managing of the placement facilitation and execution for projects.
  • Maintaining and preparing proper placement reports to be shared with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely & quality placement of CSR projects. Focus on adding value through various methods.
  • Database management
  • Addressing critical placement operation/implementation related bottleneck/challenge.
  • Maintaining records of placement, Reports data etc.
