Working Days:

- 6 Days (10am to 6pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.
- Collaborate with trainers to understand students' skills and align them with industry requirements.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students for job readiness.
- Track and report placement statistics and trends.
- Ensure the seamless execution of the placement process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or HR roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and its hiring trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
