**Objective of the Role**:
To build and enhance employability skills among IT students, develop strong industry linkages, and ensure successful campus placements and internships with reputed IT firms and startups. The TPO acts as a bridge between academia and the corporate world, fostering student development and institutional branding.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Placement Coordination**
- Organize campus placement drives for final year IT students.
- Calling companies for placement of IT student (BCA, MCA).
- Develop relationships with IT recruiters, HR managers, and industry leaders.
- Track placement metrics and maintain a comprehensive placement database.

**Internship & Industry Exposure**
- Facilitate internships for 2nd and 3rd-year IT students.
- Arrange industrial visits, guest lectures, webinars, and bootcamps.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/IT.
- MBA in HR/Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in training and placement, corporate HR, or tech recruitment (preferred IT sector).

**Key Skills**:

- Strong industry network, especially in IT and software firms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and placement management software.
- Understanding of coding platforms, IT job portals, and emerging technologies.
