Responsibilities

Coordinate with industry: Work with companies to schedule interviews, recruitment activities, and internships

Organize events: Arrange guest lectures, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and educational tours

Plan placement drives: Plan and execute placement drives and job fairs on campus

Provide training: Arrange training programs for soft skills and interview facing skills

Collect feedback: Collect feedback from companies that visit the campus for placement

Orient students: Orient students about the training and placement process, rules, and regulations

Arrange facilities: Arrange the necessary facilities at the campus for smooth execution of the recruitment process

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training and placement or corporate relations.

**Skills**:Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and use of placement management software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of students placed annually.

Quality and reputation of companies visiting for recruitment.

Student satisfaction with training programs.

Industry partnerships developed during the year.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
