**Job Summary**:
**The Placement Officer is responsible for developing and implementing placement activities for students pursuing paramedical courses. The officer will maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare institutions to secure internship and employment opportunities for students.**

Key Responsibilities:
Placement Strategy:
Design and implement strategies for internships and job placements.

Conduct regular industry surveys to identify employment trends and opportunities.

Industry Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other medical institutions.

Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.

Student Counseling:
Provide career counseling sessions and workshops.

Coordinate with students for job interviews and placement procedures.

Alumni Network:
Develop and maintain a robust alumni network to help current students connect with past students for job opportunities.

Gather and update records of placements and industry engagements.

Database Management:
Maintain a detailed database of student profiles, placement records, and employer contacts.

Track and report on the status of each student’s placement progress.

Feedback & Reporting:
Collect feedback from employers on students' performance during internships or jobs.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on placement activities and student outcomes.

Institutional Representation:
Represent the academy in professional healthcare and education forums, conferences, and networking events.
