Job Overview :

We are seeking Lead Engineer (Backend) for a Blockchain product company in Noida. This role involves spearheading backend development efforts using and mentoring a team to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. If you have a strong engineering background, problem-solving skills, and experience in distributed systems, this role offers a dynamic environment to grow your career.

Key Qualifications and Skills :

- Mandatory Skills : Strong expertise in and JavaScript with problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.

- Proficiency in designing, building, and managing RESTful APIs.

- Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services.

- Experience with Docker/containerized application development (preferred).

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in Product, eCommerce, Fintech, Blockchain, SaaS, or similar industries.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Design, develop, and deploy complex software solutions.

- Build scalable, robust systems and manage high-performance backend services.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Provide technical guidance and address software performance bottlenecks.

- Oversee RESTful API development and backend architecture for distributed systems.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects with stringent quality standards.
