We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Lead with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing computer vision projects in production environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and scaling computer vision solutions such as object detection, facial recognition, defect detection, and tracking, while optimizing models for runtime efficiency and performance. Strong proficiency in Python and advanced knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV are essential.

As an ML Lead, the candidate will be responsible for defining project roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of machine learning solutions. A solid understanding of MLOps workflows, data pipelines, and scalable deployment strategies is crucial to managing end-to-end AI lifecycles. Prior experience in leading ML teams, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Excellent communication skills are required to simplify technical concepts into actionable project plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
