Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Kozhikode. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the consultancy team, developing and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals, and providing training and support to team members. Tasks include supervising the application process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, coordinating with universities and partners, managing the team's workflow, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise. The Team Lead will also engage with students and provide guidance and support throughout their study abroad journey.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for education consultancy
  • Bachelor's degree in education
