Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment and the ability to handle HR administrative responsibilities. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership along with day-to-day HR coordination and support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
  • Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and support pre-joining activities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Administration

  • Support employee onboarding and documentation (joining formalities, file creation, ID coordination).
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with payroll/finance teams for employee data accuracy.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles through documentation and coordination.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an IT services or software company.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines and also carry out admin related tasks
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
