Role Summary

  • Support the delivery of comprehensive financial plans and client reports by reviewing client data, performing projections and analyses, and producing near-complete draft plans for advisor review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and version control in internal systems while collaborating with cross-border advisors on templates and assumptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret client information including net worth, income, goals, insurance coverage, and other relevant financial data.
  • Input client data accurately into firm or client-provided financial planning tools and software.
  • Prepare financial projections such as retirement modeling, cash flow scenarios, investment analyses, and insurance needs assessments.
  • Produce draft financial plans and reports that are approximately 80% complete, ready for advisor customization and finalization.
  • Maintain version control and document management in internal systems (CRM, DMS), ensuring all files and plan versions are traceable and up to date.
  • Collaborate with U.S. advisors and internal stakeholders to align on templates, assumptions, and best practices for client plans.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed to clarify assumptions, gather missing data, or present draft findings under manager supervision.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related financial analysis roles.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and spreadsheets; strong Excel skills for modeling and data manipulation.
  • Experience with CRM and document management systems, and familiarity with version control practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables under deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with advisors and documenting assumptions.
