Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Fixed Assets Management professional. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of fixed assets, ensuring accurate data entry, and overseeing equipment purchases, maintenance, and disposals. The role involves conducting regular audits to verify asset accuracy, assisting in financial planning related to asset investments, and preparing comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing data, analyzing trends, and ensuring accuracy in asset records
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of finance, investments, and asset management concepts
  • Proficiency with asset management software and financial reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role or knowledge of fixed assets management processes is a plus
