Senior Visualiser – 2D

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. The role requires you to proactively provide feasible & innovative design solutions for events & activations. Ensuring high-quality output and maintaining consistency in design standards.You are expected to have good understanding of 2D graphics, Print, scenic designs and environmental graphics.

Responsibilities:

Client Related Goals

· Research on clients & brands to deliver an effective creative design, Staying updated on brand knowledge.

· Having the sensibilities to understand the brand, brand guidelines (colours), the client's core message, target audience and other needs of the client

· Uphold integrity of the brand by following ethical practices

Project Management & Internal Coordination

· Adhering to internal/client timelines

· Coordination with the concept team to ensure that the copy and design are in sync*

· Effective communication of the final art works to relevant internal departments-CS, production (for final execution).

· Working with the Production Department, oversee the print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy and image quality are met

· Working in tandem with other departments (Concept/CS/Production) to gain understanding of the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities

Design & Creative Execution

· Interpret client briefs and provide strategic design inputs to enhance creative outcomes

· Apply strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory in all visual work

· Ideate, visualize, and transform concepts into compelling artwork, templates, and layouts

Production & File Management

· Prepare accurate print-ready and production files with material specifications for feasibility

· Ensure all artwork meets technical standards for printing and fabrication

Creative Collaboration & Site Insight

· Collaborate with internal teams to refine briefs and align design direction

· Conduct site visits when needed to understand spatial dynamics and event requirements

Quality, Aesthetics & Efficiency

· Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines

· Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency across all design deliverables

Required Qualification, Experience and skills:

• Graduation in any stream (a must).

• 2– 4 years of hands-on experience in in the Events/Activations industry(preferably in an agency or event production company)

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design work.

• Basic knowledge on brands, Fabrication knowledge, Understanding of the printing process

• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. (preferred) and 3D Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD (will be a plus point.)

• Good Communication skills, Efficiency in delivering designs as per timelines, Ability to work long hours, Proficiency in MS Office
