We are seeking an experienced and talented
Senior Visualizer - Graphic Design & Video Editing
to create and oversee engaging visual solutions for digital and print media. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to execute and manage diverse marketing projects such as project collateral, social media content, websites, product packaging, and more.

The ideal candidate will have
5-7 years of proven experience
in graphic design, with expertise in conceptualizing project campaign visuals, creating stunning video content, designing original pieces, and refining outputs to meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with the brand identity and inspire target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all design projects, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Conceptualize and design original visuals, including illustrations, infographics, logos, and vector-based graphics.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to develop cohesive and impactful designs.
  • Create visually appealing static and video visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and aesthetic visuals for print media (brochures, packaging, marketing collateral).
  • Use appropriate typography, colors, and layouts to enhance user engagement and brand recognition.
  • Develop concept videos, stop-motion animations, and promotional content using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Test graphics across various media and ensure they meet technical and branding standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and AI-driven design technologies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Manage tight deadlines while delivering exceptional creative solutions.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience (5-7 years) as a
    Senior Designer
    ,
    Visualizer
    , or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including illustrations, animations, and multimedia content.
  • Expertise in design software:
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,
    and
    Premiere Pro.
  • Strong skills in video editing and animation tools
  • Experience with AI generative design features and command prompts in design software.
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to blend colors, fonts, and layouts harmoniously.
  • Ability to translate briefs into creative visual outputs that meet marketing goals.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for creating visually impactful designs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
