About the Role:

We're seeking a
sketch-driven 2D Animator
who lives and breathes anime-style animation. If you love crafting expressive characters, fluid motion, and stories frame by frame, this is the role for you

As part of our team, you'll
bring characters and worlds to life
by transforming rough sketches and storyboards into visually stunning, emotionally engaging animations.

What You'll Do:

  • Create
    hand-drawn 2D animations
    focusing on sketches, line work, and expressive movement.
  • Develop
    storyboards, rough sketches, and keyframes
    that capture character emotion and motion.
  • Design
    dynamic poses, facial expressions, and action sequences
    through sketch-driven work.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to maintain
    style, anatomy, and storytelling consistency
    .
  • Refine sketches into
    polished digital frames
    using digital drawing tools.
  • Participate in reviews and iterations, incorporating feedback effectively.

Who You Are:

  • 2–7 years
    of experience in 2D animation or illustration, preferably in
    anime or line-drawn styles
    .
  • Strong
    drawing skills
    , comfortable sketching characters, motion poses, and expressions.
  • Portfolio or reel showcasing
    hand-drawn animation, sketch-to-motion process, or anime-style work
    .
  • Familiarity with
    anime/manga storytelling techniques
    is a big plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in
    character design or visual development
    .
  • Passion for
    anime, manga, and hand-drawn storytelling
    .
  • Prior experience in a
    studio or collaborative creative environment
    .
