Job Mission
Lead our brand strategy to drive customer acquisition and business expansion. As a brand manager, you will be the systems thinker who deeply understands and evangelises our end consumers' needs. Your mission is to build, execute, and scale our brand's credibility across all online and offline channels, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a cohesive brand message and drives measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Brand Strategy:
Develop and own the brand roadmap, creating a clear vision and voice that aligns with our product and market. - Reduce CAC & Optimise Funnels:
Create and manage high-impact digital advertising campaigns and offline initiatives to optimise funnels, reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), and improve conversion. - Build Credibility:
Establish and scale brand credibility and trust in both online distribution channels and offline markets, helping Hoora stand out in a crowded space. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, design, sales, and customer support to ensure a unified and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. - Manage Financials:
Oversee all brand and marketing budgets, including financial forecasting and budget management. - Analyze & Innovate:
Continuously analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign data to guide strategies and innovate our brand's visual identity and messaging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience:
You have
3+ years
of experience in a brand management role, with a proven track record at a popular consumer tech startup that has achieved a minimum of
₹100 crore
in revenue and
employs over 200 people
- Proven Impact:
You must submit a portfolio or project showcasing
before-and-after results
and quantifiable conversions
. You have a track record of optimizing marketing funnels and reducing CAC through brand strategy.
- Core Qualities:
You are a systems thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen:
You have a solid background in budget management, market analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Consumer-Obsessed:
You have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and use data and insights to build a brand that resonates emotionally with the target audience.
- Industry Fit:
You have a proven track record of scaling a brand within the D2C, automotive/mobility, or car care industries
