We are looking for a
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, resilient cloud systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure, automation, and incident management to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability & Performance:

Monitor and improve cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Use Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure application reliability through best practices and testing.

System Uptime & Reliability:

Meet regional uptime, performance, and availability goals.

Implement fault-tolerant systems and disaster recovery processes.

Minimize downtime and reduce service disruptions through proactive monitoring.

Monitoring & Observability:

Track and optimize Critical User Journeys (CUJs) in collaboration with business and product teams.

Use tools like Open Telemetry to create actionable dashboards, alerts, and performance reports.

Automation & Tooling:

Automate tasks like deployments, scaling, and remediation to reduce manual intervention.

Build and promote tools and processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Incident Management:

Lead response efforts during infra outages and perform root cause analysis.

Develop automated remediation procedures for common infra issues.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency response for application-related incidents.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience as an SRE or in a cloud-focused role
, specifically in cloud infrastructure.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps, or Solutions Architect certifications preferred).

Strong knowledge of SRE principles,
including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and post-mortems.

Experience with automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform).

Ability to mentor junior engineers and advocate for reliability best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience with incident management and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills:

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer).

Additional certifications in cloud computing or DevOps are a plus.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools for tracking application performance.
