Position Title: Salesforce Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves customizing Salesforce platforms, implementing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.

Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems.

Implement business logic and workflows using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.

Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration workflows.

Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and tools.

Technical Skills (1 line):

Salesforce Apex | Lightning Components | Visualforce Pages | Salesforce API Integration | SOQL/SOSL | Salesforce Flows & Workflows | Salesforce DX | Git | CI/CD for Salesforce | Salesforce Administration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Good understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
