We are looking for a B2B Sales Team Lead who can drive business growth, manage sales operations, and ensure high performance and call quality across retail and wholesale channels.
Role Overview:
The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients, ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics.
- Conduct regular call audits to monitor communication quality, professionalism, and conversion capability.
- Track and review key performance metrics — call volume, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and target achievement.
- Coach and develop team members on effective selling, negotiation, and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align on pricing, leads, and fulfillment.
- Develop growth strategies for regional and national B2B expansion.
- Prepare and share performance reports and insights with senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1–2 years leading a sales team.
- Proven experience handling retail and wholesale clients; skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG background preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
