Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inbound Executive. The role is based in India for Thailand as a destination. The Inbound Executive will be responsible for below responsibilities.

JOB ROLE : Inbound Tour Operations Assistant FIT & Groups

  • Need to learn and be knowledgeable about everything related to Thailand as a tourist destination.

  • Good in written and oral communication in English, Hindi and Regional if any.

  • Will be operationally active and involved in both FIT & Group Tours.

  • Will be responsible for creating itineraries and costings

  • Will be responsible to communicate with the Overseas Travel Agents and B2B clients who seek assistance for inbound services from True Hospitality for Thailand.

  • Will be responsible to communicate and represent True Hospitality to the vendors like Hotels, restaurants, Car, Van, Bus transfers and sightseeing agents.

  • Will be given tasks and projects based on daily basis to complete in a specific time frame.

  • Will be responsible for maintaining materials related for day to day costing and contracting like hotel and vendor updated contracts.

  • Will be responsible to communicate with the end client / tourist when travel agent expects us to share fare knowledge about the product and itinerary, whether before tour or while the client is on ground.

  • Will be responsible to be a link between the vendor and end client to pass on important or emergency details or communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B service especially DMC in costing and quotations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Word, Presentation and Excel.
  • Customer-focused attitude with demonstrated skills in client support
  • Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
