Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic graduates for Inbound and Outbound roles at our Thane (ETPL) location. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries or issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduates only (any stream).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call handling will be an advantage.

Job Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
  • Location: Thane ETPL
  • Transport: Centralized pick-up and drop facility from Thane Station
  • Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC (approx. 20,500 in-hand)
