Core Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Ensuring high standards of service and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Oversight: Managing the daily activities of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring and managing department budgets, preparing forecasts, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize profitability.
  • Policy and Standards: Implementing and enforcing hotel policies, operational procedures, health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Tasks

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Streamlining operations and ensuring seamless communication between different departments.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Monitoring inventory levels, managing supplies, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers for necessary services.
  • Facility Management: Conducting regular inspections of hotel facilities and overseeing maintenance and furnishings.
  • Reporting: Reporting on performance metrics and operational efficiency to senior management.
  • Strategic Development: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve occupancy rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹66,674.37 per month
