Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services/products to customers, and maintain proper follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer records and update the database regularly
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions
  • Understand customer needs and share relevant solutions
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude during calls

Key Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
  • Ability to handle customer queries responsibly
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Outbound voice: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inbound voice: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • FMCG Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
