A Tele Caller for Real Estate is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective buyers, generating leads, promoting property listings, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and gathering feedback from clients. This role involves a mix of direct sales engagement, customer relationship management, and close collaboration with the property sales department.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential buyers to introduce and promote real estate projects.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, location, pricing, and payment options.
  • Respond to inquiries and address client concerns about the properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for site visits between clients and the sales team.​
  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database using CRM software.expertia​
  • Follow up with clients to nurture leads and gain feedback after site visits or initial conversations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, competitor products, and new project launches.
  • Maintain professionalism in all phone interactions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Meet set targets and quotas for lead generation and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or the real estate sector is advantageous.​
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage stress, and meet daily call targets.
