Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term objectives.

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of real estate projects.

Oversee land acquisitions, project feasibility studies, and the development of high-value real estate assets.

Lead the companys expansion strategy by evaluating new markets, investment opportunities, and joint ventures.

Strengthen corporate governance and compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, zoning laws, and legal frameworks.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability to ensure business resilience and competitive advantage.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, architects, and contractors.

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, capital investment strategies, and risk mitigation.

Guide the senior leadership team to drive operational excellence, project delivery, and brand positioning.

Represent the company at industry forums, media engagements, and public platforms to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Ensure high-quality construction standards, cost control, and timely project completion.

Optimize sales and marketing strategies to enhance project visibility and maximize return on investment.

Drive technological advancements in real estate, including smart buildings, sustainable development, and digital transformation of business operations.

Requirements:

Proven track record of leadership in the real estate sector with experience in large-scale project execution.

Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and land acquisition.

Strong financial acumen with expertise in investment planning, fundraising, and revenue management.

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and governance in the real estate industry.

Ability to drive innovation and integrate sustainable practices into real estate development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage diverse teams, drive performance, and foster a strong corporate culture.

Experience in real estate technology integration, smart infrastructure, and sustainable urban development.
