Project Manager Intern (Tech Startup)

About Teemo AI

Teemo AI is an early-stage tech startup building an AI job application assistant that automatically applies to jobs across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.

We're developing cutting-edge AI and browser automation tools to make the job search process fully automated.

We're now expanding our internal team and looking for a Project Manager Intern to help coordinate between developers, interns, and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily tasks and follow-ups with the engineering and marketing teams.
  • Maintain and update the stand-up sheet, ensuring all members log progress and blockers.
  • Create and manage task lists, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Notion, Trello, or Google Sheets.
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports and sprint summaries for management.
  • Ensure accountability by tracking which developers are behind or blocked and escalating when needed.
  • Help organize internal documentation (Google Drive, Slack, GitHub repos).
  • Join internal calls for note-taking and help summarize key points or decisions.

Who You Are

  • Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Great communicator — comfortable asking for updates and clarifying deliverables.
  • Interested in startups, product development, or tech project management.
  • Can commit at least 15–20 hours per week.
  • Bonus if you've worked with developers, interns, or small tech teams before.

  • Google Drive for reports and documentation

  • How to manage a real tech product roadmap from idea to deployment.
  • How to coordinate across engineering, design, and marketing teams.
